END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legally binding agreement between you (“Licensee”), whether acting as an individual or on behalf of an entity, and NDNL Studio (“Licensor”) concerning the use of the Font(s) purchased through our website.
By purchasing and using any product from NDNL Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions and this EULA, as set forth in this Agreement.

License Grant
Upon successful purchase, the Licensor grants the Licensee a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-sublicensable license to use the Font(s) according to the license tier selected at the time of purchase.
Permitted usage rights are defined on the corresponding product page at the time of purchase.
Any use outside the scope of the purchased license requires prior written approval from the Licensor and may be subject to additional licensing terms.
Font Copies
The Licensee may supply a digital copy of the Font(s) to authorized third parties such as agencies, printers, service providers, or hosting companies solely for purposes directly related to the licensed project.
Once the project is completed or terminated, the Licensee must ensure that all third parties permanently remove and delete the Font(s) from their systems.
The Licensee is responsible for:
- Safeguarding the Font data against unauthorized access or distribution.
- Preventing unauthorized duplication or unlicensed use of the Font(s).
- Ensuring that any server, hosting, or network-based usage complies with the purchased license.
- Limiting access to the Font(s) exclusively to authorized individuals or entities.
License Transfer
The license granted under this Agreement is strictly non-transferable.
The Licensee may not sell, rent, lease, lend, sublicense, distribute, donate, share, or otherwise transfer the Font(s) to any third party unless expressly permitted under this EULA.
Unauthorized copying, redistribution, or sharing of the Font(s) is strictly prohibited.
Reasonable backup copies may be created solely for archival purposes, provided they remain under the exclusive control of the Licensee.
Contour Modification
The Licensee may modify the contours of the Font(s), including adjusting nodes, spacing, scaling, or rotation within design software for personal or commercial projects covered by the purchased license.
Such modifications are allowed strictly for internal project use and do not grant the right to create, distribute, or sell a new typeface or derivative font based on the Font(s), whether presently or in the future.
Font Modification
Without prior written permission from the Licensor, the Licensee may not create, rename, adapt, modify, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise alter the Font(s) in any way that results in a new typeface, derivative font, or competing product.
Ownership and Intellectual Property
All rights, ownership, and intellectual property related to the Font(s) remain exclusively with NDNL Studio.
The Font(s) are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Purchasing a license grants usage rights only and does not transfer ownership of the Font(s).
Any rights not expressly granted in this EULA remain reserved by the Licensor.
Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability
The Font(s) are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
The Licensor disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Under no circumstances shall the Licensor be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data resulting from the use of, or inability to use, the Font(s).
Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of the Font(s), all purchases are final and non-refundable once completed, except where applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise. However, refund requests may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Any refund request must be submitted within 30 days of purchase and must include the order details along with a clear explanation of the issue.
Amendments to the Agreement
NDNL Studio reserves the right to revise or update this EULA at any time.
Any updated version will apply only to licenses purchased after the revised Agreement becomes effective and will not apply retroactively.
Continued use of the Font(s) after any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms of this Agreement.
